GENERAL DESCRIPTION
“ME and My Gang Cash & Free Play Giveaway” is a giveaway game where all members of Jumer’s Casino and Hotel Image Players Club can earn entries into drawings for cash and free play prizes. Entries are awarded through Image Player’s Club. “ME and My Gang Cash & Free Play Giveaway” will be conducted on Thursday, January 12, 19, 26 and February, 2, 9 & 16, 2012 at 7pm.
ENTRIES
Each designated drawing date is a separate giveaway with entries being earned:
7:00 a.m. on Sunday, January 1, 2012 until 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 12, 2012 for drawing on January 12, 2012.
7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 12, 2012 until 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 19, 2012 for drawing on January 19, 2012.
7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 19, 2012 until 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 26, 2012 for drawing on January 26, 2012.
7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 26, 2012 until 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 2, 2012 for drawing on February 2, 2012.
7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 2, 2012 until 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 9, 2012 for drawing on February 9, 2012.
7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 9, 2012 until 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 16, 2012 for drawing on February 16, 2012.
No entries can be redeemed from the IMAGE Players Club for the designated drawing day after 6:45pm on the designated drawing day.
Entries must be deposited into the barrel by 7:00 p.m. for each weeks drawing.
One entry will be awarded for every 100 points earned, on E.G.D.’s and/or every theoretical casino win of $20 on tables during the designated period of time by registering at the Image Player’s Club. On Saturday, January 7, 14, 21 & 28, February 4 & 11, 2012 and Sunday, January 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 and February 5 & 12, 2012 entries will be multiplied by five (5).
Entries may be deposited in a clear drawing barrel for the designated giveaway date on the day of the drawings starting at 5:00 p.m. and ending at 7:00 p.m. each drawing night.
Any entrant requiring assistance to deposit their entries may be assisted by either the entrants’ designee or Security.
FORMAT OF PROMOTION
The Security Department will conduct the drawings.
For each drawing date, five (5) winners are drawn to play the “ME and My Gang Cash & Free Play Giveaway” game.
At the time of the drawing, the winning entries will be announced on the casino floor through the public address system. If the winner is present, they will have five (5) minutes to report to the drawing area. If selected winner is not present another entry will be selected. This process will continue up to a maximum of five (5) times. If after five (5) selections no winner is present, no other entries will be drawn.
At 7:00pm five (5) contestants will be drawn from the drawing barrel. In the order they were drawn, each winner will receive $1000 in cash and an additional $500 in Free Play to distribute to five (5) friends in $100 increments. The recipients of the Free Play are only eligible to win once per drawing night (excluding the final drawing night at which time they are still eligible to receive the grand prize Free Play) and must be members of the IMAGE Player’s Club. The Free Play will be manually added to the member’s accounts on the night of the drawing and will be good for 30 days.
The five (5) winning contestants from each of the six drawing days will be placed into a separate drawing barrel on the final drawing day, February 16, 2012 after the last five winners have been verified. One grand prize winner will be drawn and will win $10,000 and an additional $1250 in Free Play to distribute to five (5) friends in $250 increments. Recipients of the Free Play must be members of the Jumer’s IMAGE Player’s Club. The Free Play will be manually added to the member’s accounts on the night of the drawing and will be good for 30 days.
Participants must be present to win any of the above cash or Free Play prizes.
The drawing drum will be emptied after the 7:00 p.m. drawing each drawing night.
Participants can only win once on the following drawing days for $1000 cash prizes: January 12, 19, 26 and February 2, 9 & 16, 2012. On the final drawing day, February 16, 2012, winners from this drawing date are still eligible to win the grand prize drawing.
Grand Prize Drawing:
Participants are eligible to win the $1000 every drawing day, but only ONE of the winning entries from that person will be entered into the grand prize drawing barrel.
The thirty (30) previous winners must be present for the grand prize drawing on February 16, 2012. If a previous winner is not present or the previous winner won more than once, names from the drawing barrel used for that drawing day (February 16, 2012) will be pulled until there are a total of thirty (30) names in the grand prize drawing.
A Form 1099 Miscellaneous will be produced for winner and any and all taxes will be the responsibility of the winner.
Participants must be at least 21 years of age to be eligible for the prize drawings.
No Jumer’s Casino & Hotel employee or their immediate family members are eligible to enter or win any prize herein. Immediate family members are mother, father, siblings, spouse or children.
Any dispute or situation arising and not covered in the above rules and procedures will be resolved by the Vice President of Sales & Marketing or General Manager of Jumer’s Casino and Hotel in a manner deemed to be the most fair to all concerned and such resolution shall be deemed as final. The Illinois Gaming Board Dockside Supervisor/Agent shall be notified if any dispute or irregularity arises and is not covered in the above rules. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
“All Hands In” is a table games giveaway for all members of Jumer’s Casino and Hotel Image Players Club. Members can earn entries into drawings for cash prizes. Entries are awarded through Pit Supervisors based on specific card hands at the different table games. “All Hands In” will be conducted on Wednesday, January 11, 18 & 25, 2012 at 9:00pm.
ENTRIES
Each designated drawing date is a separate giveaway day.
Beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, January 1, 2012 through 8:30pm on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 table players who are members of the Jumer’s IMAGE Player’s Club are able to earn entries.
Entries are awarded to players as follows:
• Blackjack – Any suited Blackjack on all tables
• Carnival Games – Players who receive a straight or better
o Carnival games include: Caribbean Stud, 3 Card Poker, Texas Hold ‘em and Mississippi Stud.
Entries can be used for any drawing day.
Pit supervisors will be called to the table to verify the player received one of the winning hands. Once verified, the supervisor will write the winning player’s card number on the entry ticket and sign their name and IGB number. The supervisor will then return the entry ticket to the player who will fill out his or her name.
The player’s name must match up to the number written on the entry ticket
All entries will be numbered and will bear the entrants name and player club ID. Entries are non-transferable.
Entries may be deposited in a clear drawing barrel for the designated giveaway date on the day of the drawings starting at 7:00 p.m. and ending at 9:00 p.m. each drawing night. The barrel will be located on the casino floor, under surveillance camera coverage, and consist of a locking device whereas the key will be kept by Casino Security in the Casino Control office (non-sensitive key).

“Sweetheart Package Giveaway” is a giveaway game where all members of Jumer’s Casino and Hotel IMAGE Player’s Club receive one free entry per drawing day for a chance to win cash and prizes. “Sweetheart Package Giveaway” will be conducted on Saturday, February 11 & Sunday, February 12, 2012 at 7:00 p.m.
ENTRIES
Any guest with a Jumer’s IMAGE Player’s Club Card is eligible to receive one free entry in the form of a raffle ticket, each giveaway day, into the “Sweetheart Package Giveaway”. The entry and drawing table will be located in front of the Oculus Bar on the casino floor.
In order to obtain a raffle ticket, each player will present his or her players card to the promotion administrator to be scanned between the hours of 4pm – 7pm each giveaway day. After the card is scanned, the player will receive a raffle ticket. The player will keep the “Keep This Coupon” portion of the raffle ticket and the other portion will be placed into a clear drawing barrel located next to the entry table.
All entries will remain in barrel until the giveaway drawings for that day are completed. At which time, the barrel is emptied of all remaining entries.

FORMAT OF PROMOTION
The Security Department will observe each drawing.
At 11:00am on each drawing day the game announcer will spin the ball cage and reveal the three numbers that are drawn. The ball cage will contain thirty numbered balls ranging from 0-9, there will be three balls per number. If the last three numbers on the players raffle ticket match the numbers on the balls that were drawn and in the order they were drawn, the player will win a cash prize. Once the three numbers are drawn, the balls are placed back into the ball cage and the process will continue two more times. There will be a total of three winners each drawing day.
At the time of the drawing, one at a time, the winning numbers will be announced on the casino floor through the public address system. If a winner is present, they will have five (5) minutes to report to the drawing area. In the occasion that the winner is not present for the particular prize place, another set of numbers will be drawn for that prize. The process will continue up to a maximum of three (3) times per prize place. If after three (3) selections for that prize place and no winner is present, no other balls will be drawn and the winning amount from that prize place will be carried over to a “bank”.
If on the final day of the drawing, January 25, there is money in the “bank”, a fourth set of numbers will be drawn after the three (3) winners have been verified. The fourth winner will win the total amount that has built up in the “bank”. The same procedures apply to this prize place if a winner does not report to the drawing table within the allotted five minutes. If no winner is present after the maximum three (3) times the money will be forfeited.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
“Jumer’s Facebook Valentines Sweepstakes” is a free drawing contest where all Fans of Jumer’s Casino and Hotel Facebook page can enter to win prizes. Entries are submitted through Jumer’s Casino & Hotel Facebook Page. “Jumer’s Facebook Sweepstakes” will be conducted on Friday, February 7, 2012.
ENTRIES
Each designated date is a separate contest with entries submitted:
Beginning Thursday, February 2, 2012 at 12am until, Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at 12 pm for drawing on February 7, 2012.
Entering the contest requires participants to declare their name and address.
Each winner will be posted on Facebook.
Prizes:

- $150 certificate to DJ’s Steakhouse
Winners will be able to pick up gift certificates with a photo ID at the IMAGE club on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 after 5pm.
Gift certificates will be good for 6 months from date of issue. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after one month from drawing date.

Weekly BlackJack Tournament
1. Each entrant shall pay zero (0) entry fee. There will be one-thousand dollars ($1000) in total prize money.
2. The Sign ups will begin at 7am the day of the tournament and end 6:30pm when the tournament starts. Participants must be or become members of the Image Players Club. Membership is free.
3. Image Club cards must be presented at sign up.
4. A one-hundred dollar ($100) buy-in is required at the beginning of each round. Buy-ins will occur at the player’s assigned gaming table. Primary cheques will be used.
5. There will be twenty-one (21) hands per round.
6. The number of entrants will determine the number of rounds and the number of sessions in each round. Each entrant will play in Round 1.
7. The maximum number of players per table is six (6). Each table per session will have approximately the same number of players. The number of entrants per table in Round 1 to advance to the next round is dependant upon the number of entrants. The minimum number of players to advance to the next round is one (1).
8. The number of tables and the number of sessions will be determined by the number of entrants. At least one (1) player will advance to the Semi-Final Round.
9. The number of entrants will determine the number of sessions in Round 1. The maximum number of players per table is six (6). Each table per session will have approximately the same number of players. The number of players per table in Round 1to advance to the next round is dependent on the number of entrants. The minimum number of players per table to advance to the next round is one (1).
10. The number of entrants will determine the number of players in the Semi-Final Round if needed. The maximum number of players at each table is six (6). Each table will have approximately the same number of players at the table. The number of entrants per table to advance to the Final Round is dependent on the number of entrants. Six (6) entrants advance to the Final Round.
11. The entrant with the greatest dollar value of cheques remaining in the Final Round will be the tournament winner, second highest is the 2nd place finisher and so forth.
12. The top four (4) Final Round players will be eligible for a percentage of the prize money. At the end of the round, the players’ order of finish will be determined by the dollar value of cheques each entrant has at the end of the round.

13. Table and seat selection will be determined by sign ups.
14. Play will begin at the assigned time. Entrants must report to the tournament area at least five (5) minutes prior to their scheduled start of play. Any entrant that does not report to the tournament area may be replaced by another entrant at the discretion of Jumer’s Casino & Hotel. The late entrant may be considered a “no-show” and may forfeit his/her right to play in the tournament. There is no guarantee that a tournament entrant missing their assigned time will be able to play at another time. Interchanging of table or seat assignments will not be permitted. No substitute players are allowed.
15. Players must bet on every hand. If the remaining cheques fall below the table minimum, all of the entrant’s remaining cheques must be bet on the next hand. If an entrant does not bet, that entrant will immediately be disqualified. The bet structure will follow the following guidelines.
16. Once a bet has been made it cannot be changed. Players may bet on only one (1) hand at a time.
17. The dealing sequence will begin by placing a marker at gaming position one (1), located immediately to the left of the dealer, and will continue by moving the marker sequentially from gaming position number one (1) to gaming position six (6), left to right, and then repeated until all hands are dealt.
18. All players must keep their gaming cheques on the table in full view of all other players and tournament officials.
19. Players may not add to or remove cheques from the table. Anyone doing so will be automatically disqualified from this and may be automatically disqualified from all future tournaments.
20. Any decision on how to play a hand is up to the player. No communication either verbal or visual will be permitted between the entrants and spectators. Anyone doing so will be automatically disciplined in a fashion deemed appropriate for the violation, and may be disqualified from this and from all future tournaments.
21. There will be an indicator visible to all players that will indicate the number of hands left to be dealt. When five (5) hands are remaining all players’ cheques will be counted down by the dealer beginning with the player immediately to the left of the dealer for everyone to see.
22. In the case of a tie or ties for the placement (ranking) in any session, one additional card will be dealt to each player, starting from the dealer’s left, involved in the tie. High card wins.
23. No player may leave the table until the session is finished and all the cheques are accounted for.
24. If a player leaves the table early, the player’s cheques will be counted and recorded on the Blackjack Tournament Worksheet to insure that the “total” bankroll is accounted for. When a player leaves the table early, they have voluntarily withdrawn and are eliminated from the tournament.
25. In the case of a tie or ties for the placement in a session, one additional card will be dealt to each player, starting from the dealer’s left, involved in the tie. High card wins.
26. Any decision, regarding any playing rule or conflict, shall be made by a Jumer’s Casino & Hotel Tournament Director. His/her decision is final.
27. Regular Jumer’s Casino & Hotel blackjack rules apply, except no even money for blackjack and no Surrender.
28. All entrants must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age.
29. The tournament must have a minimum of 24 entrants or it will be subject to cancellation.
30. No Jumer’s Casino & Hotel employee or immediate family members of any Table Games or Player Development department employees are eligible to enter tournament.
31. Management reserves the right to cancel the tournament(s), reschedule the dates(s) of the tournament, amend the rules or amend prize amount and distribution at its discretion and the approval of the Administrator of IGB.
