We are all for having fun, but be sure to gamble responsibly Promoting responsible gaming is part of the culture at Jumer’s Casino and Hotel. It is the foundation of our operating philosophy.ILLINOIS STATEWIDE EXCLUSION PROGRAM AND OPERATION BET SMARTWe would like everyone who gambles at our facility to enjoy their visit responsibly. Having fun and enjoying the excitement of a casino should be a planned and budgeted choice, similar to an evening at the theater, a special show, or dining out. When treated this way, gaming is an exciting and enjoyable form of entertainment. We understand, however, that some people may not gamble responsibly.Jumer’s offers a self-exclusion program in which customers may restrict their gaming privileges at not only our facility, but, additionally, all gaming establishments in Illinois. Restriction includes the denial of credit and check cashing privileges, removal from all mailing lists, and restriction from all play privileges. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, crisis counseling and referral services can be accessed by calling 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537).PROJECT 21Jumer’s Casino & Hotel employees are trained to require valid identification from persons who appear to be under the age of 30.
